The following links have product & contact info in HK.
They are my first choice on finishes, nevertheless we can always discuss alternatives as long as they match quality and features:
Flowcrete. Terrazo. The samples of this product can be used as a reference to produce our own on site.
Rephouse. Rubber Floor.
Longart. We have a sample of the tiles from a store called Designer Gallery on Lockhart Rd: DG@harbourbuilding.com.
2. If 19/F and below will still in operation during the construction period of the structural / fitting out works.
Yes, it will be in operation. Fitting out of 20/F should start the first week of Sept with handover the last week of November. Staircase will be done on a second phase, most probably after Chinese New Year (3Feb2011), final dates to be confirmed. Coordination with client will be required to avoid interruption of their duties.

4. If fitting out works can be executed concurrently with the structural works. (or fitting out works has to be commenced after BD acknowledge receipt BA14)
Fitting out to start asap, structural works dates to be confirmed.
5. Existing layout of 20/F and 19/F
To discuss on site, 20Fl interiors (partitions, finishes) will be fully demolished by third contractor by 1st of Sept.
6.- Return date of the tender.
We need final proposals no later than 19 August 2010.

7.- A/C Scope of Work.
A/C system belongs and is manage by tenant. Please propose two options: 1.-Reuse and adapt existing units & ducts 2.- All to be brand new system.
